The race will begin on the beach of the newly expanded Inn on Woodlake, a Destination Kohler property. Signage and volunteers will direct participants to the appropriate location from the Inn on Woodlake parking lot.
The swim will be a point to point swim, race transition area and finish area will be at Sports Core.

The Course
Swim Course 0.3 Miles
The swim is in private Woodlake which provides a unique opportunity for spectators to view the entire swim along the trail that runs around the lake. The start will be on the Beach behind the Inn on Woodlake, and the finish will be on the beach of Sports Core. Waves will go off every 3 minutes
Bike Course 12 Miles
The bike course will depart from the transition area behind Sports Core and will go through the heart of Kohler on Highland Drive. On Greenfield Avenue in Kohler the course will take riders west into Sheboygan Falls, then north into the rural Town of Sheboygan before heading back into Kohler on Rangeline Road using the Old Plank Trail to return to Sports Core. The course is an open course, and relatively flat and fast.
Run Course 3.1 Miles
The run will start out along the crushed gravel trail along Woodlake, through the picturesque residential neighborhood just west of the lake before heading north along Woodland Drive, east along the Old Plank Trail back to the finish at Sports Core.
No music is allowed on the bike or run courses and helmets are required
Aid Stations
There will be one aid station with water and energy drink just outside the transition area, and another at the halfway point of the run. Please bring adequate hydration with you for the bike portion. Attitude Sports of Fond du Lac will provide SAG support, and a medical tent will be located at the transition/finish area.
